History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Tanglar was born with his mother's beautiful face. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Now he works as a music tutor during his time off.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Nyx was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a knight again

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
