Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a tan tunic with blue highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around her shoes, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Birel hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Birel was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Sage father left him crippled. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: This man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His brown hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. He has gleaming, smiling silver eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has hazel eyes and a white hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Ghaliver reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He is a Engraver first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: Tordek lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and doesn't want to be a engraver and was forced into it by his family
