He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'10". He wears skinny pants and wears a white and grey robe with the hood down. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His silver eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She got into the Actor business at a young age. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
