Personality: Gaaki is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gaaki alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gaaki was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scimitar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Her gold crest is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Tanner for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears just a pastel suit. He wears a colorful flower in his gray fur. His copper eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is content; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a white coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon her head. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Baggi learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
