Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Bertram was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Bertram's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ielenia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ielenia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
