Description: He stands about 6'6" and is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and grey handkerchief worn on his left side. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is silver and very short. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Ralf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Laborer responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a tan scarf. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is braided into rings. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and elven compassion

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a rapier on her belt. Her fur is beige, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are copper.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Aramil was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aramil was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aramil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
