History: Born in the west to a Performer, Aust learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oppleby was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Arha was born with her mother's beautiful face. At some point she was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has never given up on her singing dream.
