History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Astar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born to a Apothecary, her father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Carlin's homeland. Carlin decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now mingles about in high society.
