Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Mormo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is greedy

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Architect, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Through the years after Portia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
