Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. After coming to the age of reason, Rhogar took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
