History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Assassin mother left her crippled. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Theirastra's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and sabotage a competitor
