Description: This western man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He has hazel eyes and a blue hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Heian's homeland. Heian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This man dresses like a well dressed Mercenary does. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His black fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady copper eyes.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Voice: Cold and demanding tone

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and revenge

Voice: Aggressive tone

Description: He is a mite stocky and prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. His hair is silver and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Korfel is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Korfel enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a Herbalist, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Korfel was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep
