History: River was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Torgga wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
