Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He has a very tight haircut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nim. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Ethereal was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She got into the Cook business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up work as a Cook and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
