Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull tan iron scale mail. Sporting a brown mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: This slender man stands about 5'11". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Naeris was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Naeris was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Naeris's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Astaro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
