History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gifted student he started as a Stableman, but he got bored and became a Bather. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

History: Galinndan was born with his mother's beautiful face. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. Recently the stress of being a Unemployed has made it difficult for him to sleep.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
