Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thorpe does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thorpe studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Thorpe never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Ethereal was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ethereal's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
