Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, black shirt, and tan tie. She wears her silver hair down. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vadania grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vadania. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Azgrom will drive conversation. A true patriot, Azgrom would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Azgrom was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he would like to get married and retire
