History: Morana hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Morana was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Habor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
