Description: 5'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Mindartis was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: This woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on her left hand. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are a pleasant red.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Armara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Seeks redemption.

Description: She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fletcher. She carries with her a set of hand crossbows on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. She has no fur. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Lone was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lone decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: 4'3" and muscular, this northern man wears brown trousers with blue and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mayor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gilthur is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilthur was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length red crest. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a locksmith and was forced into it by his family
