History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Ootah was born with her father's beautiful face. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
