Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Sapply's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east. Sapply was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Assassin. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is renowned for her bright green dresses and hats, and is pretty ugly. Her crest is black and curly. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Lavinia reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she seems to be bored by most things
