Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kilvar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hammer use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Cloud would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult
