History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her father's many stories. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Whurdred took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor she uses now. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
