Soveliss was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a black scarf. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pallabar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Pallabar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Avelina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Unemployed, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by her family

History: Lia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mortician for the past few years.
