He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Sybil was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east.
