History: Baelitae hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: Iados was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now mingles about in high society.
