Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She got into the Body Guard business at a young age. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has achieved small success as a Body Guard.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Akmen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Shepherd and found it very stressful. He has taken up work as a Shepherd and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and further expansion of business

Personality: Erky is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Erky does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the east. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
