Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. A true patriot, Paggen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paggen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: This northern woman wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She sports brown long hair. She has gray eyes.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His white fur is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise copper. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears professional attire. Her red crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
