Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Virra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Spice Merchant and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student she started as a Sailor, but she got bored and became a Barber. She now owns her own business.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her white hair is cut short. Her skin is flawless and her green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Althaea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Althaea was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Althaea's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Althaea and her spouse have recently divorced.
