History: Nelkin was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. She tends to her Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Ozyman was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
