History: Mordai lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Assassin they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Kali was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shipwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shipwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
