History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Gifted from a young age, Blossom studied abroad. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by her family
