History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Vapula was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Beggar. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Vapula never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 2'11" and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep red leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Halander alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants revenge against drow

Description: 5'7" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Skog is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Skog was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skog grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skog. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mortician for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: She wears a tan costume with the symbols of her god on her torso. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 51. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears just a tan suit. He wears his silver hair down. He is baby faced.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
