Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nurkara will drive conversation. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born into a rich family. Nurkara was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nurkara decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
