History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Sellsword father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a black shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and brown pants. His blue crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His eyes are likewise gold. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Maagog would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Maagog alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
