Description: He wears long strands of ruby and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
