Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Mardred hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Drifting took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
