History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Mara's homeland. Mara decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. Murook enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Murook's homeland. Murook decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Gifted from a young age, Balifra studied abroad. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Balifra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels threatened by others
