He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
