History: Pikar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Halfling Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Armara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gûnd lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Gûnd was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Gûnd was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
