Description: A 6'3" southern man, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His lavender fur has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his yellow eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Shifting is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Shifting was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
