Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Dwarven compassion.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her silver hair is lengthy. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Cartwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and likes to wear violet tank tops with grey skirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Soapmaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Thoradin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and he wants revenge against goblins
