One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Euphemia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She worked as a nervous Fisher and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Fisher like her father before her.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
