History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Kipper was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Gardener and found it very stressful. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oolah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
