He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Delebean is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Carter.
