Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gurdis embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Gurdis took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Osco lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Quick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Doctor for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to reunite with her absent father
