History: Born to a Knight, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gesrethe hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Farideh abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in scimitar use. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Faral was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
