Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. Salasar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Salasar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Luthra grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Jeweler for the past few years.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This woman is very fat, and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Elama was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She struck the Doctor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is typically in his Layabout uniform. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is greedy.
