Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Layabout does, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Uthemar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
